Following the eight phases of the moon—New, Crescent, 1st Qtr, Gibbous, Full, Disseminating, Last Qtr, and Balsamic—13 New Moons journal incorporates the teachings of Connie Kaplan, Ellias Lonsdale, and David & Sandra Mosley, among others. I then weave in my intuitive interpretations of the new moon cycle as influenced by celestial bodies (the planets of our solar system), my teachers mentioned above, and the specific degree of the planets at the entry point to the exact New Moon.

Woven into each lunar cycle’s journal are the messages and energies of colors, flowers, and minerals, as well as the recommended use of tools like collage imagery for the lunar cycle, non-dominant hand journaling, divination decks such as Tarot or SoulCollage®, plus daily journaling of thoughts and feelings and how your body feels.
